    Our interactive web directory has taken a leadership role in the property management field by offering a complete directory of highly qualified professional vendors that are personally rated and selected by leading management companies. And now, we are extending our exclusive directory to Real Estate brokers and their clients.

    Our vendors can take pride in having achieved the highest level of excellence in their field. Our clients can feel confident in knowing they play an ongoing and significant role in the rating of our vendors, making certain that only the best contractors are servicing their properties and homes. Our interactive directory, with your membership will revolutionize the industry and bring together the industries best - formulating a winning combination that is without precedent.

  1. How does the service work?

    When you sign up, you create a company profile which becomes your listing in the MPSP.com directory. Your listing includes your company logo, 2 photos and up to 1000 words of text detailing your company, services offered, service area etc. When our clients search on MPSP.com for a contractor in your territory and field of service, your listing appears in the search results along with a limit of 5 other contractors. Our clients look through the listings and select the contractors they like best. There is no charge to you for these contacts. Immediately you will receive a “Hot Lead” via fax and/or email detailing the client’s needs, location, contact information and date service requested. There is NO FEE until the service has been rewarded to you and work has been completed.

  1. How can a user find me on MPSP.com?

    There are two main ways our users can locate your profile in the MPSP.com directory:
    • Searching by Job Type– Our clients choose the type of project and are automatically directed to contractors that service their area. If your company provides that service in that area, your listing will be displayed with a maximum of 5 vendors in the search results.
    • Direct link- mpsp.com(yourcompanyname).com

  1. How do I get leads through MPSP.com?

    MPSP.com generates leads in two ways:
    • Directory Searches - A user searches the MPSP.com directory to find contractors in their area who do the type of work they need. The user then browses contractor profiles and additional company details. The user then selects the contractor(s) they prefer and a “Hot Lead” is generated and sent via fax and email directly to all the selected vendors. These leads are FREE until you are selected and the work has been completed.
    • Submitted Projects - When our users do not wish to use the site directly they can submit their project to MPSP.com and we pass it on to our network of contractors. Each lead will be processed and submitted to our contractors on a first come first serve basis.

  1. Why should I become a member of MPSP.com?

    • The prestige associated with being on an elite directory, chosen by industry leaders is an earned status. In all other directories you can simply pay to belong or provide testimonials to gain membership.
    • Your competition is limited.
    • You will be given exposure through an active campaign to enlist property managers by means of our field representatives, not just an ad in a magazine featuring a web directory.
    • There is no cost to you until there is an actual hot lead given to you directly by fax or e-mail. All other directories require up front fees regardless if it creates business or not.

But your MPSP.com listing goes further by allowing you to display pictures of your work and your team.   1. How do I get started?

    Getting started is easy. When you
    sign up the information you provide is added to your company's directory listing (this information can be changed at any time). Once we receive copies of your licensing and insurance documents, we will check your references and your company will be approved and a confirmation and welcome letter will be sent to you.   1. How does a user review a contractor on MPSP.com?

    It is assumed that all contractors have superior ratings, and are in good standing with MPSP.com, otherwise they would not be listed in our directory. We feel that your performance should be private; this protects you from disgruntled users. On other sites one average rating can eliminate future jobs. Feedback from users is used to improve your work performance. n request reviews from the My Account page, under
    My Reviews. MPSP will also send you your reviews quarterly or upon request. Users feel empowered in using the rating review, for which they are rewarded.

    The MPSP.com rating system is set up to ensure a complete and fair rating for each contractor. These are the categories MPSP, uses to evaluate each contractor:

    • Timeliness - Timeliness in responding to the customer’s questions and concerns, and throughout the entire project.
    • Pricing - Did they remain within their stated budget? (Change orders excepted, of course)
    • Quality - The quality of their workmanship.
    • Communication- Did they communicate, respond and coordinate effectively.
    • Professionalism- Did they dress appropriately for the job, use the correct tools/equipment, behave in a professional manner, clean-up after themselves.

  1. What happens if I get a bad rating?

    MPSP.com wants you to receive a fair rating each and every time one is posted. You may occasionally receive a negative score. To ensure that each rating is valid we have developed a thorough process to protect the contractor.

    If we find a fraudulent or invalid rating it will not be considered.

    • If you dispute a testimonial or rating, MPSP will mediate the disputed rating, and make every effort to settle the differences.
    • Consistent below average ratings may result in termination.

  1. How do I update the information about my business?

    You can access your account at anytime and change the information, photos etc. by logging into your account using your user name and password at no charge.

  1. How do I check what job types and geographic areas my business is listed under?

    You chose your service area. No leads will be sent to you if they are not within the area(s) you select.
