Vendor Pricing Guide

The following rates are based upon the type of job requested of your business.

Category A $250.00 per job	Jobs requiring multiple units Jobs totaling $10,000 or more Contractual or Recurring Hot Leads and Direct Job requests
Category B $40.00 per job	Single unit jobs Invoices from $300 to $9,999 Hot Leads and Direct job requests
Category C $10.00 per job	Jobs less than $299 Direct job requests only No bidding required

Direct Job Request- An exclusive job referral sent by the property manager via fax, e-mail or text message. No bidding required.

Hot Lead- An invitation to bid on a job sent to you by the property manager via fax, e-mail or text message. No charge until job is completed.

Please note: A one time background check fee of $25.00 is required for all service providers.
