Vendor Pricing Guide

The following rates are based upon the type of job requested of your business.

Category A $250 per job	Jobs requiring multiple units Jobs totaling $10,000 or more Contractual or Recurring (one time fee for length of contract) Hot Leads and Direct Job requests
Category B $40 per job	Invoices from $600 to $9,999 Single unit jobs and multiple unit jobs Hot Leads and Direct Job requests
Category C $10 per job	$300 to $599 Single unit jobs Hot Leads and Direct Job requests
Category D Free	Invoices under $299 Direct Job requests only No bidding required

Direct Job Request- An exclusive job referral sent by the property manager via fax, e-mail or text message. No bidding required.

Hot Lead- An invitation to bid on a job sent to you by the property manager via fax, e-mail or text message. No charge until job is completed.

Please note: A one time background check fee of $25.00 is required for all service providers.
